About

I’m an interior designer and founder of Amanda Li Design, creating thoughtful residential and hospitality spaces shaped by atmosphere, materiality, and a strong sense of place.

With a background spanning design firms and brands including Herman Miller, Benjamin Moore, Decoraid, and MBB Architects, my experience ranges from luxury residences to hospitality and wellness environments. Selected projects include Moondog HiFi Bar and Fountain Med Spa in New York, Past Tense Massage Therapy in Vancouver, and private residences throughout New York City, upstate New York, and internationally.

My work focuses on FF&E, custom furnishings, materials and finishes, space planning, and color strategy, with a particular sensitivity to paint selection and layered material palettes. Influenced by travel, culture, music, and hospitality, I’m interested in how spaces shape emotion, memory, and experience.

Currently, I work with international clients across Europe and Asia while expanding Amanda Li Design through curated design products, color palettes, and creative collaborations.
